Dr. Coffman completed his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Miami and his Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic. He is a Certified Chiropractor in Spinal Trauma, Chiropractic BioPhysics,Chiropractic Pediatrics and the Webster Technique. Dr. Katie Schneider
Dr. Katie has a passion for chiropractic and believes in a "whole person approach" to health care and tries to empower her patients so they can make educated health care decisions.
Her education includes a B.S. in Biology from Xavier University, Cum Laude. She received her Doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City where she was Valedictorian of her class and graduated Summa Cum Laude. While in Kansas City, she was an intern at the Kansas City VA Hospital, Truman Medical Center, and received the Clinic Service Award.
Dr. Schneider and her husband, Dmitri live in West Chester, OH with their son, Zachary, and their very active dog, Kea. She and her husband have competed professionally in Ballroom dancing and they continue to teach dance to children on the weekends. In her spare time, Dr. Schneider enjoys Pilates and is currently learning Russian.
Maggie Chitwood, LMT 
Maggie is a 2008 graduate of the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage and joined the team at West Chester Chiropractic Center in February of 2008. She continues to pursue additional education in all types of massage techniques. Her expertise and passion helps her patients heal in a more natural way.
She currently lives in Liberty Township with her husband, Steve and her children, Stephen and Kathryn. In her free time she enjoys anything outdoors and is a huge NFL fan. She also is a Hospice volunteer and is active in her church.

Erin Brestelli |
Erin Brestelli is our Marketing and Office Manager She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and Promotional Marketing. Erin is currently attending Ohio University and completing her MBA with a focus in Executive Management. Erin joined West Chester Chiropractic Center in March of 2011 and is in charge of patient relations, marketing and event planning. She is committed to providing the most positive experience for our patients. Erin lives in Maineville with her husband, Nate and daughter, Giada. She is a member of the event planning and marketing commitees for The West Chester Chamber of Commerce and writes for The Voice, a West Chester business publication. |
Jeannie Henson |
Jeannie Henson is our Billing Manager. Jeannie joined West Chester Chiropractic Center in April 2010. She received her Bachelors Degree in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University and her certificate in Medical Insurance Billing & Coding from Ross Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. Jeannie is currently attending Galen College of Nursing to complete her RN. Originally from Harrison, she now resides in Fairfield with her husband, Scott and their chocolate Lab, Maverick. She is the proud mother to Valerie, Lydia, and Nicholas.
