We want to welcome you to our office.  Below are the procedures you can expect during your first visit which should last around 60-90 minutes.  We understand your time is important so to assist you, please download our form  (NEW PATIENT FORM) and bring it with you on your first visit.

We participate with several insurance companies.  We are happy to file claims on your behalf electronically.  If we are not in your plan, we have several affordable options for your care in our office including monthly payment options.

Paperwork

Complete the confidential patient information questionnaire thoroughly, if you haven’t already done so, to help us get to know you.  The Doctor will use this information to make recommendations for your care.  Please review the financial policy sheet to understand our policies and your obligations.

Consultation

The Doctor and staff will review your confidential patient information questionnaire and discuss your health history with you to help determine if you may benefit from chiropractic care.

Examination

A thorough examination will be performed which may include physical, orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests along with computerized scans to determine the health of your spine and nervous system and the cause of your symptoms if you are having any.

X-ray Exam

Necessary views may be taken to visualize any abnormal curves in your spine in order to correct them back to normal. They are essential in order to reveal any arthritis or degeneration, to rule out fractures, tumors, infections, and congenital blocks, and to make your chiropractic care more precise.

Correlation

Before proper care can be rendered the doctor will analyze your examination findings and x-rays to determine the best course of action.

Next Visit

All patients attend the Doctor’s Report on Monday or Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM.  Directly after the report or on another day your examination results will be explained in detail, our best recommendations will be given and you may receive chiropractic care if we accept your case.  Plan to spend about 60 minutes or 90 if we review your findings on this visit with your spouse or significant other.  If your condition is an emergency you may be scheduled for a preliminary report before you attend the Doctor’s Report. In this situation, the Doctor will briefly review his findings with you and you may receive chiropractic care at that time.
